The Sikorsky S97 RAIDER is a compound helicopter with coaxial rotors currently under development. Utilizing a 6-bladed pusher propeller delivered by Rotating Composite Technologies, LLC. the first of two prototype aircraft was officially unveiled in October 2014. This helicopter is based on Sikorsky's X2 Technology Demonstrator, which won the 2010 Robert J. Collier Trophy. It is being offered to the US Army as a replacement for the OH-58D Kiowa Warrior helicopter fleet.
